Dot's Place - Peel Cancer Support Centre
Dot's Place is our Peel Cancer Support Centre in Greenfields. The centre aims to help people affected by cancer through every stage of the cancer journey, and offers a range of support services, information, and resources to people affected by cancer in the Peel region.
Cancer Australia was established by the Australian Government in 2006 to benefit all Australians affected by cancer, and their families and carers. Cancer Australia aims to reduce the impact of cancer, address disparities and improve outcomes for people affected by cancer by leading and coordinating national, evidence-based interventions across the continuum of care.
Breast Screen WA
The BreastScreen WA program provides free screening mammograms to asymptomatic women and specifically targets women aged 50 to 74 years, as the scientific evidence of benefit from screening mammography is greatest for women in this age group. However, all women 40 years or over are eligible to attend.
