Poppy Lane Skin Care & Lymphoedema Clinic provides personalised service and assistance for treatment of Lymphoedema & Lipoedema. It has been in operation since 1998 and constantly researches for new ideas of lymphoedema control treatments. The clinic provides personalised hands on treatment and distance help for lymphoedema control.

The basis of lymphoedema treatment at the clinic is to remove oedema; increase mobility; plus provide you with a personalised lymphoedema control strategy using the strategies of  Complex Physical (Lymphatic) Therapy (Casley-Smith Method) which includes:

1. lymphatic drainage massage

2. compression bandaging and garments

3. skin hygiene

4. exercise program 

5. dietary control

Additionally to assist enhanced result, and where considered beneficial incorporated into your treatment is: 

• low Level Laser therapy

• Polarized light therapy

• Microcurrent therapy

All treatments provided are a personalised service especially to help you control your lymphoedema, now and long term.
